Kristin has her B.Ed and Masters in Education. She is passionate about providing outstanding Early Years education because of the impact this has on later life. Kristin has owned and operated 4 award winning preschools in the UK and was featured in the UK press. Kristin's centre won "Preschool of the Year" at the Nursery World Awards and was identified as "outstanding" by external inspectors. She has over 20 years experience working in Early Years as a class teacher, Principal, Communication Language and Literacy Development Consultant and award-winning Preschool owner/director.

Miss Chelsea brings fifteen years experience of working with children as a learning specialist, author and Certified BC Early Childhood Educator. Miss Chelsea uses her knowledge and experience in clinical psychology to provide holistic child development experiences and support social emotional learning.
Chelsea is driven by a strong commitment to fostering a sense of belonging for children. Her approach is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where children feel empowered to explore, discover, and express their natural curiosity and creativity. Chelsea genuinely loves guiding students through enriching activities, observing their unique progress, and nurturing their social, emotional, and cognitive growth in meaningful ways.
Chelsea had training and certifications as an Orton Gillingham Associate, Executive Functioning Coach, and French language teacher.

Miss Meera
With over 15 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator, a Junior Kindergarten Coordinator, Nature School educator, and Licensing Manager at Victoria's top private schools, Meera is passionate about nurturing confident, curious learners through play-based, inquiry-driven, and nature-rich learning. In her previous roles, Meera has integrated Montessori and IB principles with outdoor education and land-based learning, earning national recognition through awards such as the Outdoor Play Canada National Award and Natural Curiosity’s Edward Burtynsky Award for Teaching Excellence in Environmental Education. Meera’s teaching philosophy centres on fostering joyful, inquiry-driven exploration while supporting each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Partnering with families and creating inclusive, responsive learning environments is central to her approach.
